The HSE 240 HT is an industrial 3D printer for high temperature plastics such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI, etc. The HSE 240 is the latest printer developed by Essentium. It is designed for high speed extrusion and includes a dual extrusion print head and new industrial design.
Responsibilities #
- Research and development of humidity controlled filament storage system. Mechanical design and prototyping, testing and data logging, data analysis using Python PANDAS.
- Mechanical design and FEA of sheetmetal frame structure and filament storage canisters (Solidworks 2018 CAD)
- New Product Introduction (NPI) responsibilities including interfacing with manufacturers and implementing Design For Manufacturing (DFM)
